Mako is an AI-powered marketing content engine that helps users generate, review, edit, and publish marketing content across social media platforms. The Service includes AI text generation, AI video generation, content scheduling, and social media publishing.

3. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service

You agree not to use the Service to:

5. Content Ownership

• AI-generated content created through the Service is yours to use
• You are solely responsible for the content you publish to social media platforms
• We do not claim ownership of content generated for you by the Service

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided as-is. While we strive for quality, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing. We are not liable for any consequences arising from the publication of AI-generated content.

7. Social Media Connections

When you connect social media accounts, you authorize Mako to publish content on your behalf according to your scheduling preferences. You may disconnect any account at any time. You remain bound by the terms of service of each social media platform you connect.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feelin' Moody Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
